Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Niagara Falls, NY
Pay: $19-21/hr (2nd shift differential)
Shift: 3pm - 11pm, M - F
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will perform various tasks involved in the manufacturing of thermal and heat exchange products, including component stacking, leak testing, painting, and assembly.
Responsibilities
Perform core assembly tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Read and follow blueprints, worksheets, and instructions to handle and assemble components used in crafting cores for heat exchangers.Stack metal plates according to blueprint specifications.Conduct leak testing to identify welding flaws, cracks, and leaks in heat transfer units.Maintain and report inventory counts.Inspect and document quality requirements of finished workpieces.Ensure the work area is kept clean and organized.Follow company policies and procedures.Report any potential issues or areas for improvement.Use small hand tools for assembly and cleaning tasks.Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, both manually and electronically.Essential Skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with calipers and micrometers.Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks efficiently.Experience with hand and power tools.Ability to lift 15-30 lbs.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in general labor, assembly, machine operation, and quality inspection.Knowledge of measuring, production, inspection, and machine operation.Experience with hand tools and tape measures.Ability to collect data and identify why products may not meet quality standards.Why Work Here?

This position is based in an industrial machine and fabrication shop. Steel-toed shoes are required for safety.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.50/hr.
