**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** As a production worker, you will be in a floater role, responsible for loading materials onto the line or stacking materials as they come off the line. You will perform visual quality inspections, cut tiles to size, and stack/palletize finished tiles. Most tiles are around 2 pounds each, but tiles with applications can be heavier. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently. For anything above 50 pounds, team lifting will be required. **Responsibilities** + Load materials onto the production line. + Stack materials as they come off the line. + Perform visual quality inspections of products. + Cut tiles to size. + Stack and palletize finished tiles. + Lift up to 50 pounds independently. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of machine operation/production line experience. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Experience with assembly, production, and machine operation. + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. + Material handling experience. + Forklift experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Visual quality inspection skills. + Packing and palletizing experience. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilliard, Ohio **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
