Miller Brother Staffing is currently seeking Production Associates  for a Lake City PA based company.  This is a clean, quiet working environment.  These are positions are for both 1st and 2nd shift.

***All qualified candidates must have HS diploma or equivalent*** 

***Must pass a drug screen***

***Must be open to background check***

Shifts:

1st: 7am-3:30pm M-F
2nd 4:00pm-12:30pm M-F

Pay Range: $15-16.50/hour

 

Duties:

Assembly of electronic equipment Positions components manually or utilizing a small hand tool such as tweezers Occasionally operates simple equipment Requires great hand dexterity Must be able to manipulate small parts and hand tools Wire stripping Soldering

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
 

Completion of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) One month to three years of related experience or training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience Requires ability to concentrate for extended periods of time on highly repetitive tasks Great hand dexterity required Must be able to perform basic weld, wire stripping and terminating tasks Needs to be able to perform SPC and meet production rates Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos Must be able to write simple correspondence Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers, and multiply and divide by 10s and 100s Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables Ability to operate a variety of simple equipment tools Ability to perform simple measurements with scales, calipers, various gauges, and hand micrometers Ability to hand or machine load sockets and straight pins Ability to hand or machine load right angle pins. Ability to perform minor adjustments to tools and equipment Ability to read and follow instructions from work instructions, work order travelers, and drawings with minimal supervision Ability to perform self-inspection of assemblies
