JOB DETAILS

SHIFT: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM - Monday - Friday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Participates in Safe work environment and completes observations.Inspects equipment for safetyMust be able to read and understand a production orderRequires use of forklift, crane, and manual handling of materialsResponsible for packaging sheeting and trimming materialsResponsible for hemming and moving finished materials to loading trucksGood communication with team, supervisor, and managementPotential to learn responsibilities of Slitter Operator, Hemmer Operator, and/or Press Operator Qualifications Safety and Team orientedGood Customer OrientationDetail and Quality OrientedDependable EnergeticGood Communication SkillsBasic Computer Skills (Email, Internet, Excel, Word)Requires experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment and nail gunsRequires the use of measuring gaugesAble to read a tape measureForklift experience a plus / Must be trainable on forkliftCrane experience a plus / Must be trainable on craneFlexible with working overtime and weekends when neededStanding and walking 8 - 12 hours every dayAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waistRepetitive material handling.
