Job Description:

Location: Kennebunk, Maine

We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Associates to join our team in Kennebunk. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, working across various positions. We have openings in different areas including:

Sandblasting: Operate sandblasting equipment to clean or texture surfaces.
Fixturing: Set up and adjust fixtures for production processes.
Packaging: Package finished products for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Machine Operation: Operate and maintain machinery used in production.

Responsibilities:

-Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
-Perform tasks efficiently and accurately according to production schedules.
-Inspect products and equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
-Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
-Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.

Desired Background/Skills:

-Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
-Must be at least 18 years of age
