**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** + Basic machine operation - a plastic bag converter + Responsible for picking and packing orders, processing orders, pull products and sort them to get packed up in boxes + Light assembly + Scale products, match orders to ticket, shrink wrap orders after boxes were packed + Will not be lifting more than 15 pounds + Basic inventory tracking in the ERP system + Shrink-wrapping **Hard Skills** + Order processing + Picking orders + Basic machine operation + Basic inventory tracking + Shrink-wrapping **Soft Skills** + Mechanically inclined + Attention to detail + Ability to follow instructions **Shift & Pay** + M-F + 7 am - 3 pm + $17/hour **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
