**Production Associate - Graveyard** **Job Description** Client in Stead, NV looking for a Production Associate for a graveyard shift that is responsible for precisely mixing raw ingredients in a food safe environment. The candidate must ensure that the product quality is up to the company standard. Perform all tasks with safety and quality in mind, clean and sanitize machinery, and maintain a strong team with continuous training of new and seasoned technicians. **Hard Skills** + Experience in a manufacturing setting + Production in high volume + Forklift experience is a plus + Assembly skills + Ability to stand 100% of the time + Ability to lift at least 50 lbs + Reading and interpreting documents + Basic arithmetic operations + Ability to follow instructions **Soft Skills** + Detail oriented + Safety oriented + Communication oriented + Willingness to grow + Ability to stay calm and focused during difficult situations + Leadership through example and knowledge sharing **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position Monday through Friday 10pm to 6:30am with potential for overtime $21.00 an hour Steel Toe Boots required **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Reno, Nevada. **Work Environment** Well-lighted, non-heated and/or non-air conditioned production setting with adequate ventilation. Shift: 10pm to 6:30am. Wet or humid conditions (non-weather). Work near moving mechanical parts. Exposure to fumes or caustic chemicals.
