They will also be trained on waste water/cleaning barrels and ensuring the correct gauges are being maintained. **Hard Skills** + Mixing and maintaining batches of products + Monitoring gauges for correct temperature and mixing speed + Handling waste water and cleaning barrels **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Ability to keep oneself busy during downtime + Flexibility with schedule **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. **Work Environment** Relaxed, small crew of 25.
