**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. This role offers an hourly wage of $18 with a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, and opportunities for overtime, including most Saturdays. Our company manufactures diamond blades and core bits for the construction, stone, and mining industries. Our products cut and grind various surfaces, including brick, mortar, concrete, granite, engineered stone, tile, and glass. As a Production Associate, you will undergo cross-training in areas such as dressing, packaging, painting, grinding, CET printing, and stamping. You will work in a team environment, shifting between various production roles and locations as needed. This position requires flexibility, dependability, and a strong commitment to safety. You will train on multiple machines and assist in different departments, ensuring smooth production operations. **Hard Skills** + Mechanical aptitude + Basic math skills + Basic computer skills (Windows applications) + Ability to handle small parts + Ability to lift 50+ lbs + Experience with large equipment and machinery **Soft Skills** + Reliability + Attention to detail + Teamwork + Flexibility + Good attitude **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Irvine, California. **Work Environment** Our workplace includes 120 employees across 1st and 2nd shifts. The work environment is a warehouse setting with erratic temperature control (hot in summer, cold in winter). It is subject to heat, cold, noise, dust, and other particles. You must wear steel-toed shoes and other provided PPE.
