**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** Our Client is the "World’s Leader In Bread Slicing" and one of the largest manufacturers of bread slicing equipment in the world. In addition to manufacturing blades, they also make lattice, blade guides, and honing equipment for bread slicers. Our Client is in need of 2 second-shift production associates/machine operators who can run a coil punch and have no issues operating machinery. The candidate will assist in the e-machine department. This role requires experience in manufacturing, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Hard Skills** + Mechanical aptitude + Ability to understand and interpret conformance specifications + Physical capability to stand for long periods + Good manual dexterity + Ability to extend and bend for chain assembly + Capability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds **Soft Skills** + Good communication skills + Strong attention to detail + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment **Job Type** 4 day work week on 2nd shift 3:00PM- 1:00AM (M-TH) **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Davenport, Iowa. **Work Environment** The work environment can be very wet in some areas and is a well-lit, large warehouse. It can get very hot at times; thus, candidates are allowed to wear shorts and t-shirts to work. Fans run consistently to keep the warehouse cool.
