\r\n\r\n**Weekly Pay** **Great Company Culture** **4 day work week**
\r\n\r\nAs a Production Associate you will be responsible for:
\r\n\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tYou will contribute to the growth of our business by being a key player in safely producing quality corrugated products for our customers.\r\n\tSupport machine operation by assisting with the setup of orders according to customer specifications, following order readiness process of efficiently preparing the right tools to complete the job.\r\n\tAssist in performing quality checks by inspecting a first article, and articles throughout the order to identify errors, ensuring quality product along with monitoring equipment and raw materials.\r\n\tSupport in monitoring production metrics to accurately track progress of production rates, quality, maintenance and downtime.\r\n\tMaintain a clean and organized work area by following post order cleaning process.\r\n\r\n\r\nThis is a full-time Temp-to-Hire opportunity.
\r\n\r\nThe ideal candidate will have:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tHigh School diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution and 1+ years of work experience within a corrugated manufacturing environment or 2+ years manufacturing experience in a high paced environment.\r\n\tPrevious experience with reading a tape measure to within 1/16” measurement.\r\n\tPrevious experience applying math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.\r\n\tMust be able to lift up-to 50 pounds.\r\n\tMust be able to work in hot, humid, and cold manufacturing environment.\r\n\tMust be able to reach and grasp up to 6+ hours per shift.\r\n\tMust be able to stand for 6+ hours per shift.\r\n\tMust Demonstrate accuracy and detailed work.\r\n\r\n\r\nSchedule: 2nd Shift Monday to Thursday 2:30pm – 1:00am
\r\n\r\nPay Rate: $17-19 per hour. DOE
\r\n\r\n*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
