Job Description

As an Entry-Level Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our sheet metal fabrication process. You will work closely with experienced team members to learn and perform various tasks involved in the production of sheet metal components. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in manufacturing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Hard SkillsAssist in the setup and operation of sheet metal fabrication machinery, including shears, press brakes, and laser cuttersLoad and unload materials onto machines and ensure proper alignment and positioningPerform basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standardsLearn and apply various fabrication techniques and processesSoft SkillsFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesReport any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisorsJob Type
