**Job Title: Food Production Associate/Operator** **Highlights:** *** Temp to Hire** *** $23/hr. paid weekly.** *** Various shifts available.** *** Friendly, team-oriented environment** **Job Description** As a Food Production Associate/ Operator, you’ll play an important role in making sure our production processing lines and machinery run smoothly. This includes unloading/loading materials, following a recipes, weighing/measuring raw ingredients, operating equipment, packaging the final product, and performing different quality checks to make sure we’re meeting company and customer requirements. Food Production Workers are expected to assist in various areas of the production process as needed. Main responsibilities will include unloading incoming shipments needed to supply production lines, safely operating manufacturing equipment and machinery, handling raw materials and moving product throughout the process. They work closely with other Production Workers to check product quality and complete production tasks by set deadlines. Adhere to production quotas and complete cleaning activities as needed. May also be responsible for using warehouse equipment like forklifts to organize and retrieve products ahead of shipments, packaging product, stocking production materials, basic maintenance of machinery and work station. ⪧Help unload incoming shipments to supply production operation. Heavy lifting up to 50lbs. Lifting, unloading, and stacking. ⪧Following production specifications as product moves through process to ensure quality of end product. ⪧Assisting in various areas of production. Operating various food production machinery. ⪧Handling, weighing, measuring, and storing raw materials/ dry ingredients. ⪧Perform operator adjustments, observe settings and adjust controls as needed in order to maintain prescribed operating conditions for specific products. ⪧Follow all SOPs according to company specifications to ensure quality standards are being met. ⪧Understand and follow the Good Manufacturing Practices and all other company regulations and safety practices. ⪧Maintain production records, including production data, such as weight and amount of product processed, down time, type of product, and time of processing. ⪧Complete additional tasks as required or assigned. Must be flexible and willing to help out in various areas of the production process as needed. Additional Skills & Qualifications: ⪧Machine Operator ⪧Mechanical Inclination ⪧Food Manufacturing Industry ⪧GMP ⪧Production Associate ⪧Packaging ⪧Following Recipes ⪧Measuring, Weighing, and Mixing Ingredients etc. ⪧ Safe Food Handling Practices **Must be open to all shifts!** Production Schedules: Shift A- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (every other Wednesday) 6am to 6:15pm Shift B- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (every other Wednesday) 6pm to 6:15am Shift C- (every other Wednesday) Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6am to 6:15pm Shift D- (every other Wednesday) Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6pm to 6:15am **Work Environment** Food Manufacturing Environment. Hot (105°) and Cold (68°) environments.
