**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** The Production Operator is responsible for all tasks associated with retort or aseptically sterilizing, filling, and sealing of infant/medical nutritionals. Functions include operation of all related filling, processing, and sterilizing equipment and sampling responsibilities. Operators may be required to operate finishing equipment such as depalletizer, labeler, case packer, capper and perform other related duties. Additionally, the role includes inspecting, labeling, and packaging raw and finished products. Maintaining records according to Good Manufacturing Practices and potentially working in a clean-room environment are also part of the job. **Responsibilities** + Operate all related filling, processing, and sterilizing equipment. + Perform sampling responsibilities. + Operate finishing equipment including depalletizer, labeler, case packer, and capper. + Inspect, label, and package raw and finished products. + Maintain records according to Good Manufacturing Practices. + Work in a clean-room environment as required. **Essential Skills** + High School diploma or equivalent. + 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or production. + Good attention to detail. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + Capability to sit/stand for 2 to 3 hours at a time. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Medical device experience. + ISO/GMP training. + Knowledge of Microsoft-based computer software programs. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and supportive work environment that values innovation and teamwork. This is a night shift position that provides the opportunity to have every other weekend off.
