**Job Title: Production Associate**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate with 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or a related industry. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of GMP standards, be fluent in English, and possess excellent writing and math skills. Experience operating CVC and Aesus equipment is desirable.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in the overall performance of the assigned bottling line.
+ Perform tasks as assigned by the lead operator.
+ Complete all paperwork, including batch records, accurately.
+ Ensure all SOPs and cGMPs are being followed.
+ Perform basic troubleshooting and setup of all bottle packaging equipment.
+ Assist the bottling supervisor in encouraging a team-first positive culture.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
+ Knowledge of GMP standards.
+ Fluent in English with excellent writing and math skills.
+ Experience operating CVC and Aesus equipment is desirable.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in a cGMP environment for 2+ years.
+ Ability to perform in a wet environment, including cleaning large tanks with hoses.
+ General production experience, including standing all day and inspecting softgels.

**Work Environment**
Our facility is currently running 5 days a week on 3 shifts. Starting January 2025, we will transition to a 24/7 operation with shifts of 4-12 hour days one week and 3-12 hour days the following week. Applicants must be open to this new schedule to qualify for interviewing. The work involves operating in a wet environment and standing for long periods.

This is a Permanent position based out of Franklin Township, New Jersey.
