**Job Title: Production Associate** **Pay: $17-20/hr($2 differential on 2nd shift)** **Shift: 1st(7am-3pm) 2nd(3pm-11pm)** **Overview:** As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing team, working on cutting-edge thermal and heat exchange products. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring we deliver sustainable solutions that enhance performance, safety, and reliability for our valued customers. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Component Assembly:** Participate in the assembly process by accurately stacking components and conducting detailed leak tests to uphold product integrity. + **Surface Finishing:** Apply paint and finishing touches to our products, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and aesthetics. + **Blueprint Interpretation:** Read and interpret technical blueprints to carry out manufacturing tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). + **Tool Utilization:** Efficiently operate small hand tools for assembly and cleaning processes to maintain a seamless workflow. **Core Competencies:** + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Experience with calipers and micrometers for precise measurements. + Skilled in operating industrial machines within fabrication shop environments. + Strong data entry skills to maintain accurate production records. **Position Details:** + **Type:** Contract-to-Hire + **Duration:** 6 Months + **Location:** Fully on-site in Niagara Falls, New York **Work Environment:** You will thrive in a dynamic industrial machine and fabrication shop.
