**Job Title: Production Specialist** **Job Description** Contractors will be responsible for picking pots as they are fed off of molding machines, counting pots to a certain point in order to assemble 'towers' of the pots to the correct height, rapidly stacking products onto a skill that will be staged for transporting to the warehouse, and banding and tying pots together with connectors that will hold the stacks in place on the skids. This position is very fast-paced and requires rapid counting and stacking of pots to the proper height. **Responsibilities** + Pick pots as they are fed off of molding machines. + Count pots to assemble 'towers' of the correct height. + Rapidly stack products onto a skill that will be staged for transporting to the warehouse. + Band and tie pots together with connectors to hold the stacks in place on the skids. **Essential Skills** + Experience working in a manufacturing setting where machinery is running. + At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing. + Great references and a positive attitude. + Eagerness to work in manufacturing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Candidates with less experience may be considered if they show potential during the interview and can keep up with production standards within a 30-day plan. **Why Work Here?** You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. The shop is loud near machines, with a faint odor of burning/melting plastic when machines are running. The facility gets extremely hot during the summer and cooler in the winter, so dressing in layers is recommended. It is not climate-controlled but is well-ventilated.
