**Production Associate** **Job Description** Workers will assist with the production and packaging of mattresses. They can work in the shipping, sewing, or production departments. **Responsibilities** + Manually load and unload mattresses in the shipping department. + Ensure mattresses are moved to the correct dock for shipment. + Assist with measuring and quality checking of mattresses in the sewing/production department. + Operate cutting and sewing machines in the production department. **Essential Skills** + Manufacturing/Industrial experience + Math skills + Warehouse experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Sewing experience + Machine operation experience + Ability to perform manual labor + Willingness to work long hours if needed **Why Work Here?** We offer benefits after the contract period, a $1 raise after becoming a direct employee, and upward mobility opportunities. Some employees earn $20+ per hour after training in the sewing department. **Work Environment** Climate-controlled facility. Day shift from 6 AM to finish, Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.
