Production Associate** **Job Description** As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in operating and maintaining silk screen printing machines to apply designs, logos, and other markings on saw blades. This position is open for 2nd shift (4pm-12:30am, Monday to Friday) with the training period on 1st shift (7:30am-4pm) for the first two months. There is also the possibility of overtime on Saturdays as needed. **Responsibilities** + Operate and maintain silk screen printing machines to apply designs, logos, and other markings on saw blades. + Prepare and set up screens, inks, and materials according to production specifications. + Ensure precise alignment and quality of prints, making adjustments as necessary. + Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. + Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. + Assist and train in other departments such as radius grinding, material picking, laser welding, and open arbor. **Essential Skills** + Reliability and strong tenure over extensive experience. + Willingness to learn and assist in various production departments. + Basic knowledge of working in fast-paced environments. + Basic math skills. + Mechanical aptitude. + Basic computer skills, including experience with Windows applications. + Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with general labor, packaging, production, packing, hand tools, stocking, and warehouse inventory. + Experience in assembly, machine operation, and grinding. + Hand dexterity for radius grinding. + Ability to follow instructions and work safely. + Machine aptitude or willingness to be trained in laser welding. + Attention to detail and a good attitude. **Why Work Here?** We offer 100% company-paid medical and dental insurance (with a vision reimbursement program) for employees. Personal protective equipment, including steel-toed shoes and safety glasses, is required. The work environment may have erratic temperature control (hot in summer, cold in winter) and is subject to heat, cold, noise, dust, and other particles.
