Start your new career as a Second Shift Production Associate with MAU at Samsung in Newberry, SC. As a Production Associate, you will load raw materials, assemble products, monitor production processes, perform quality checks, operate equipment, package goods for shipping, and maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
What We Offer $16 per hour during training/ $17 per hour after training Second Shift | 6:00 PM to 2:40 AM Initial training will take place on the first shift through January First shift hours are 6:50 AM to 3:40 PM 401k Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral program What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred Ability to stand for the entire shift Flexibility to work overtime when needed Physical capability to bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly Successfully passing a drug test and background check Strong ability to read and follow manufacturing instructions Experience working in fast-paced, high-speed manufacturing environments Familiarity with standardized processes and adherence to safety protocols What You’ll Do as a Production Associate Load raw materials into production machinery efficiently and accurately Assemble products on production lines while adhering to quality standards Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and continuous operation Conduct basic quality inspections and testing to maintain product standards Organize and store goods and raw materials securely in the warehouse Operate lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders safely Package products for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and handling Maintain cleanliness and functionality of work areas and equipment Perform additional tasks as assigned
