Job Description
The production associate is responsible for manufacturing, testing, and packing products based on blueprints or work instructions. This role involves setting up and operating equipment to produce products according to specification requirements, performing manufacturing operations to produce assemblies, and executing various tasks as outlined in procedures, work instructions, or blueprints. The production associate will also record daily output, follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Quality policies and procedures, and train other workers. Additionally, the associate will collaborate with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency, and complete all necessary paperwork.
ResponsibilitiesRead and follow work procedures and schematics to set up and operate equipment.Perform manufacturing operations to produce assemblies.Execute tasks according to procedures, work instructions, or blueprints.Record daily production output.Comply with all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.Train other workers in manufacturing processes.Collaborate with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and efficiency.Complete all necessary paperwork.Comply with EHS regulations and policies, including wearing required PPE.Essential SkillsAttention to detail and the ability to focus on tasks.Ability to work as part of a team.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, such as standard work job aids or work instructions.1-3 years of experience in a related field.High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent, or 2 years of complex manufacturing experience with the ability to troubleshoot machinery.Computer literacy and basic math skills.Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, stooping, bending, walking, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling for long periods.Ability to steadily use hands for the operation and manufacturing of equipment.Ability to read and write simple statements.Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsDemonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This is a manufacturing facility where safety is the top priority. The work schedule is from 2pm to 10:30pm. Associates are required to wear gloves, a hair/beard net, and a lab coat. The dress code includes OSHA-approved steel toe or composite toe shoes and long pants that cover the ankles and legs. Safety glasses must always be worn on the production floor. Clothing must be free from tears and offensive wording or images. Prohibited attire includes sweatpants, shorts, yoga pants, capris, miniskirts, dresses, cropped tops, halter tops, spaghetti straps, and open-toed shoes.
