**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Associates for our diamond blade and core bit manufacturing operations. These products are primarily used in the construction, stone, and mining industries. The position involves various production roles including dressing, packaging, painting, grinding, CET printing, and stamping. This is a team environment that requires flexibility and cross-training in different areas. **Responsibilities** + Handle small parts and shave off segment radii to match core radius. + Remove burrs using grinding machines. + Move large cores weighing approximately 20-50 lbs. + Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and check quality after radius grinding. + Maintain dependability and punctuality. + Prioritize safety by wearing PPE, including steel toe shoes. + Assist and train in departments such as Material Picker, Laser Welder, and Open Arbor. **Essential Skills** + Reliability and tenure over experience. + Willingness to learn and help in various departments within production. + Basic knowledge of working in fast-paced environments. + Basic math skills. + Mechanical aptitude. + Basic computer skills, including experience using Windows applications. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written. **Why Work Here?** We offer a pathway to permanent employment for those who demonstrate good performance. The workshop environment may involve exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust, and other particles. Employees will operate large equipment and machinery such as production machines and forklifts. Physical requirements include frequently lifting up to 35 lbs, standing or sitting for extended periods, and repetitive bending, reaching, and climbing.
