Production Associate
Aerotek
**Description**
shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm
start on 1st shift for training: 6am-2:30pm
Set up and operate various machines and assemble parts as directed by Cell Lead.
Effectively monitor production equipment.
Read and understand bill of materials and blue prints of drawings.
Communicate with Cell Lead on all issues related to discrepancies on drawing or BOM.
Inspect pieces/parts and ensure they conform to specification and industry standards.
Operator air and power tools, as needed.
Use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, thread gages, gage pins and tape measure.
Maintain productivity at levels that match or exceed production standards.
Responsible for following safety rules as well as using safe procedures.
Keeping all tools and supplies in their work area put away in the appropriate location on a daily basis. Keep work area clean and organized.
Work closely with the Quality Control Department.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50
