Job Description
The Production Associate performs a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing of thermal and heat exchange products. This includes stacking components, leak testing, painting, and assembling.
ResponsibilitiesPerform core assembly functions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Read and follow blueprints, worksheets, or other instructions to handle and assemble various components used to craft cores for heat exchangersStack metal plates following blueprint specificationsPerform leak testing process to identify any welding flaws, cracks, and/or leaks in heat transfer unitsMaintain and report inventory quantity countInspect and record quality requirements of finished workpiecesEnsure work area is kept clean and organized at all timesReport any possible problems or areas of improvementUtilize small hand tools for assembly and cleaningPerform data entry and record data on computer and by handAdditional Skills & QualificationsStrong attention to detailAbility to perform tasks in a timely mannerAbility to collect data and determine why products aren't passingAbility to lift 15-30 lbsHand and power tool experienceWork Environment
The work environment is an industrial machine and fabrication shop where steel toe shoes are required.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.50
