Job Description
As a Secondary Operator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing process by operating secondary equipment, conducting quality checks, light assembly, and packaging parts.
ResponsibilitiesOperate secondary equipment to support the manufacturing process.Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards.Perform light assembly tasks.Package parts for shipment.Essential Skills1 year of experience in warehouse, landscaping, production, or general labor.Commitment to show up every day, on time and ready to contribute.Willingness to work overtime when needed.Ability to focus on a task without getting distracted.Strong desire to meet job expectations and succeed.Ability to manage 25-30 lb packages on occasion.Ability to listen, communicate, and contribute effectively within a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsGeneral labor experience.Warehouse experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
2nd shift: 3:15pm-1:45am Monday-Thursday, and on Friday 2pm-8pm. The work environment is well-lit and very clean. The dress code includes closed-toed shoes, jeans with no holes, and a work-appropriate shirt.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00
