If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** + **Assembly Tasks:** Perform core assembly functions for heat exchangers, following detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality. + **Blueprint Interpretation:** Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to correctly assemble components for heat exchangers. + **Precise Stacking:** Accurately stack metal plates in accordance with blueprint specifications to ensure proper assembly. + **Leak Testing:** Conduct thorough leak testing to identify and address any flaws, cracks, or leaks in heat transfer units. + **Inventory Management:** Track and maintain accurate inventory counts, ensuring proper stock levels and availability of materials. + **Quality Control:** Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, documenting any issues and ensuring corrective actions are taken. + **Workplace Organization:** Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times to maintain an efficient and productive environment. + **Continuous Improvement:** Identify potential areas for improvement and communicate issues to the team for resolution. + **Tool Usage:** Utilize hand tools for assembly, cleaning, and maintenance tasks as required. + **Data Entry:** Perform data entry for inventory, quality inspections, and production reporting, both manually and electronically. **Work Environment:** This role is based in an industrial machine and fabrication shop where safety is paramount.
