**Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for converting sealant and coating products from large drums into various-sized bottles and containers. The role involves operating machinery, packaging, labeling, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. You will also maintain a clean and organized workstation at the end of each shift. **Responsibilities** + Convert sealant and coating products from large drums to bottles and containers of various sizes. + Operate machinery to pump the liquid material into bottles. + Hold bottles under the spout and ensure they are properly filled. + Label and package filled bottles for shipment. + Ensure order sheets match the produced items and maintain accurate counts of packaged products. + Add additional components to shipping bags or boxes as required. + Complete production of 200-400 bottles per day, depending on material and bottle size. + Clean and organize the workstation at the end of each shift to maintain a ready-to-work environment for the next day. **Essential Skills** + Experience in a fast-paced environment, capable of handling 400+ bottles per shift. + US Citizenship (Export Controls Work Environment) with a birth certificate required. + Ability to sit or stand for the duration of the shift. + Capability to lift 25 lbs 50+ times per day. + Steel-toed or composite shoes required. + Ability to work in a non-smoking campus environment, with smoking allowed only during lunch. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift experience is a plus. + Experience filling tubes and containers with materials. + Experience in the aerospace industry. **Why Work Here?** We offer a stable company environment with great advancement opportunities. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toed shoes is required. The community is inclusive and follows stringent health, safety, and environmental procedures. Awareness of hazard code labels and participation in 5S activities is mandatory. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
