**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a Production Associate to operate the HMI that controls the overhead concrete mixer/pourer for large concrete cylinders. The machine dumps raw concrete mix into the cylinder form, spins, and cures. The ideal candidate will have the ability to operate and monitor the machine with minor mechanical troubleshooting abilities and work effectively within a team environment of 5-6 other employees. **Responsibilities** + Operate the HMI that controls the overhead concrete mixer/pourer. + Monitor the machine to ensure proper operation and quality of output. + Perform minor mechanical troubleshooting as needed. + Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes. + Adhere to safety protocols and procedures. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation, production, and general labor. + Knowledge of basic math and measurements. + Ability to read and write simple instructions. + Effective communication skills with team members. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Manufacturing or construction experience preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where your contributions are valued and your growth is encouraged.
