Production associates (downstream technicians) will be responsible for unloading drainage pipes of all sizes, trimming plastic excess, cutting to specifications, and coiling into rolls. Candidates must be comfortable lifting 30-40 pounds routinely and team-lifting above that. They must also be comfortable maneuvering (push/pull) heavier parts up to 100 pounds. The company produces drainage pipes of various sizes used to drain rainwater under bridges, ditches, farmland, etc.

Work Environment
The work environment is non-climate controlled, which means it can be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The facility is fairly organized and has recently installed a brand new production line. However, if a lot of scrap plastic is produced, the facility can become cramped. There are a total of 60 employees working in the facility.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.25 - $21.50
