Production Associate needed in Goodyear, AZ $19HR Weekly Pay!

 

Looking for candidates who will be responsible for operating production machinery, ensuring the highest quality of solar panels, and managing material efficiently throughout the manufacturing facility.

 

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring efficient and on-time productionPerform setup and adjustments to machinery according to production specificationsMonitor production processes and conduct quality control checks to ensure the product meets company standardsIdentify and troubleshoot production issues, making adjustments or repairs as necessaryManage inventory including receiving, storing, and organizing materials and finished productsEnsure materials are supplied to production areas as neededOperate material handling equipment (pallet jacks) to move products and supplies

 

Additional Skills &

Qualifications

1-3 years of related manufacturing experience or transferable skillsetsAbility to work well under pressureWillingness to work 12-hour days and at least one weekend dayAbility to meet company standard metrics and work within a team environmentExperience in a greenfield manufacturing facility is a plus but not requiredPrevious experience in solar module or EV automotive manufacturing is a plus

 

Shift

The facility operates on two shifts: D1 (6a-6:30p) and D2 (6a-6:30p). D1 shift operates Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday. D2 shift operates Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday.

 

Work Environment

Work in a brand new manufacturing facility with 42 work stations on the line.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goodyear, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
