**Description** The Production Operator is responsible for all tasks associated with retort or aseptically sterilizing, filling, and sealing of infant/medical nutritionals. Functions include operation of all related filling, processing, and sterilizing equipment and sampling responsibilities. Operators much be required to operate finishing equipment such as depalletizer, labeler, case packer, capper and few other duties. Inspects, labels and packages raw and finished products. May be required to maintain records according to Good Manufacturing Practices. Knowledge of Microsoft based computer software programs.
