**Job Title: Production Operator** **_*If interested, text/call Nathan at 859/428/8199*_** **Responsibilities** + Assist machine operator with daily tasks. + Load and unload parts efficiently. + Sort parts into crates as per guidelines. + Operate machinery as needed. + Perform inspections and quality checks on parts. + Use hand tools and follow blueprints for assembly and packaging. + Operate forklift for material handling. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and machine operation. + Ability to perform general labor tasks. + Skilled in assembly and packaging processes. + Proficient in inspection and quality control. + Ability to read and follow blueprints. + Forklift operation experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values hard work and dedication. Benefit from a pay increase to $17.77 once you become a full-time employee, plus an additional $0.75 shift differential. **Work Environment** The work environment includes different shifts: 1st shift from 7 AM to 3:15 PM at $15.50 per hour, 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11:15 PM at $16.25 per hour, and 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7:15 AM at $16.25 per hour. Be prepared for overtime, working 50-60 hours per week, and needing flexibility with scheduling. Steel toes and safety glasses are required for this role. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.25 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
