**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** These individuals will be performing repetitive general labor tasks. They will be taking brick from the kiln carts and stacking it on the monorail repetitively. They will be standing in one area and moving brick repeatedly. **Responsibilities** + Assist in all brick manufacturing operations. + Mix sands for sand applications, set up and maintain sand applications. + Mix slurry for slurry applications, set up and maintain all aspects of slurry applications. + Clean, maintain, install, and adjust all dies, heads, and cutting blades. + Monitor and ensure the quality of bricks being made. + Track schedule and ensure paints and sands are ready for changeovers. + Maintain all SOPs and inventory tracking documents. + Observe, report, and assist in department equipment maintenance and repairs as directed. **Essential Skills** + Previous manufacturing experience preferred. + Strong mechanical skills and understanding. + Willingness to learn and take direction. + Production experience. + Mechanically inclined. + Attention to detail. + Ability to lift 50lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Production + General production + Packaging + Machine operation + Hand tool + Assembly **Why Work Here?** Opportunity to transition to a direct hire position.
