Production Associate
**Job Title: Process Operator** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. This role involves following procedures in operating and maintaining equipment used in the water and chemical treatment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical ability, physical strength, and mechanical skills to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities. **Responsibilities** + Follow procedures in opening/closing valves to control the flow of water and chemicals through pipelines and hoses for regenerating mobile trailers and steel tanks. + Learn how to operate the membrane cleaning skid. + Stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the shift. + Utilize process instrumentation and handheld devices to perform specific job duties. + Perform 5S job duties including housekeeping, painting, and other autonomous maintenance tasks as directed by supervision. + Test tanks for quality and pressure to ensure standards are met. + Maintain a working knowledge of all SOPs associated with the dumping/filling process. **Essential Skills** + Technical ability to learn the regeneration process. + Willingness and ability to work safely in a water and chemical industry environment. + Physical strength to pull, move, and connect hoses between process equipment, mobile trailers, and steel tanks (50 lbs required). + Mechanical ability from previous jobs to troubleshoot and perform repairs on mobile trailers, steel tanks, plant equipment, and piping. + Basic to intermediate computer skills to perform paperwork duties. + **Diploma or GED required.** + Experience in a production or manufacturing environment. + Forklift experience is prefered **Shift & Pay** + 1st shift: 6:00am-2:30pm (M-F) - OT is available + $20 **Why Work Here?** Join our team and be part of a company that values safety, technical ability, and continuous improvement. The shift is from 6 am to 2:30 pm (Monday to Friday) with opportunities for overtime. The role requires physical activity including standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds frequently. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
