Our client, a trusted provider of manufacturing solutions, is seeking an Assembler Associate to join their team in Lumberton Township, NJ. This role involves performing assembly and packaging operations to produce high-quality cable connectors and related accessories while ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, mark, kit, and package components using detailed instructions, tools, and fixtures.Monitor processes for defects, isolate non-conforming materials, and promptly report out-of-specification conditions.Rotate between workstations as needed to support production and minimize fatigue.Assist with training new associates or contract laborers.Maintain lot and batch integrity, including proper documentation and labeling.Support inventory accuracy through periodic audits and cycle counting.Adhere to principles to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.Participate in company-sponsored training and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies and the Quality Management System.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment; assembly experience is a plus.Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination.Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements with the U.S. Navy.Proficiency in English for reading and communication.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: Starting at $16.50 per hour.Schedule: Monday to Friday.1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
