**Job Title: Fabrication Associate**
**Job Description**
We are looking for a skilled Fabrication Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for measuring aluminum extrusions, assembling cut aluminum and hardware into doors and frames, and inspecting materials. This role requires maintaining a clean and organized work area.
**Responsibilities**
+ Measure aluminum extrusions to be cut for fabrication.
+ Assemble cut aluminum and hardware into doors and frames.
+ Check materials against orders and visually inspect incoming materials.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production and fabrication.
+ General labor and assembly skills.
+ Proficiency in using a tape measure.
+ Ability to lift 40 pounds and be on feet all day.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to read and use a tape measure daily.

**Work Environment**
Work with a team of 10-12 manufacturing employees. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 2 pm-12:30 am (50 hours per week). The role requires being on your feet all day and lifting up to 40 pounds. Steel-toed shoes are required.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, Missouri.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
