Job Description
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders based on pick tickets, assisting customers on-site, and performing various warehouse duties. You will also be involved in cutting parts to size, identifying hoses, and on-site fabrication with provided training. Your role includes displaying merchandise, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining organized stock.
ResponsibilitiesFulfill orders based on pick tickets for customer pick-up or shipment.Assist customers on-site to determine the best products to meet their needs.Perform warehouse duties without requiring forklift experience.Utilize hand and power tools for various tasks.Read a tape measure accurately for cutting parts to size.Identify hoses and perform on-site fabrication with provided training.Display merchandise, suggest selections, and emphasize selling points such as quality and utility.Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.Discuss the use and features of various hoses and products, and make recommendations based on customer needs.Resolve or alert management regarding inventory issues or customer concerns.Prepare sales orders or quote requests.Maintain stock in an organized fashion on shelves or in proper locations.Uphold environmental health and safety standards.Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience in assembly, picking, packing, and order pulling.Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools.Proficiency in using a tape measure.General labor, assembly, and packaging experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience using a forklift (valid certification preferred but not required).Ability to lift and move over 50 lbs.Practical knowledge of warehouse, data processing, paper flow, and operations procedures.Mechanically inclined abilities, comfortable using hand tools and running equipment such as saws and crimpers.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
