**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Associate. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using both hand and power tools. This role involves assembly, and picking and packing products. Shift: 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm) Pay: $18/hour **Responsibilities** + Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools. + Pick and pack items for production and shipping. + Perform quality checks on assembled products. + Prepare parts for assembly + Work within a team of 4-5 people in various production cells. + Move between different areas and tasks as required. **Essential Skills** + Ability to use hand and power tools. + Ability to stand for 8 hours a day. + Ability to read a computer screen and follow detailed instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Quality or packing experience. + Experience in electronic assembly. + Ability to be trained and references verifying this capability. + Will train entry level candidates **Why Work Here?** Will be eligible for two production bonuses annually (April and October).
