What you will do: Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and boost productivity Ensure product quality by monitoring throughout the manufacturing process to meet company standards Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE Operate computerized machines to produce gutter accessories Assist with shipping and receiving tasks including pulling checking staging orders and handling incoming shipments Maintain accurate documentation of individual and team production Perform visual quality inspections on products Obtain or maintain forklift certification Ensure products meet or exceed established specifications Familiarize with packing and quality check measurements on the packing line Report stock and inventory needs to the Plant Manager as necessary What you will bring: High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Knowledge of all products' production and machine operation processes Must be certified in forklift operation or willing to obtain certification. Strong customer service skills with a team-oriented approach Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus Experience with indoor manufacturing equipment Ability to use power tools and other equipment as needed
