**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** Production Associates (Downstream Technicians) are responsible for unloading drainage pipes of all sizes, trimming plastic excess, cutting to specification, and coiling the pipes into rolls. Candidates must be comfortable lifting 30-40 pounds routinely and team lifting heavier parts up to 100 pounds. Our company produces drainage pipes of various sizes used for draining rainwater under bridges, ditches, farmland, and other areas. **Responsibilities** + Unload drainage pipes of all sizes + Trim plastic excess + Cut pipes to specified lengths + Coil pipes into rolls + Comfortably lift 30-40 pounds routinely + Maneuver heavier parts up to 100 pounds (push/pull) + Use hand and power tools, including sawzalls + Operate on a production line and handle machine operations **Essential Skills** + General labor or production line experience + Machine operation experience + Ability to lift up to 40 pounds + Ability to maneuver up to 100 pounds + Experience with hand and power tools **Work Environment** Our facility is non-climate controlled, meaning it can be cold in the summer and hot in the winter. We have a fairly organized workspace with a newly installed production line. However, if a lot of scrap plastic is produced, the facility can become cramped. We have a total of 60 employees. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of London, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
