**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description & Responsibilities:** + Follow recipe to ensure accurate mix instructions for the job. + Measure raw material by weighing on a scale and placing in a mixing container + Load raw material into bins and maintain inventory levels. + Mix ingredients according to work instructions. + Identify and locate proper material thickness and gauge. + Visually inspect parts to ensure parts are within the defined specifications to meet quality standards before moving to the next station. + Check work instruction to ensure proper setting and placement of product in kilns/ovens. + Fire kiln/oven as required following SOP for proper firing. + Identify the need for and complete tool changes as needed. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong attention to detail + Ability to stand and/or walk 100% of the workday. + Ability to bend, stoop, or twist 50% of the workday. + Ability to exert physical force to push, pull, lift, or carry 55 lbs regularly **Shift Available:** Sunday - Thursday, 10:30pm - 7:00am + All employees will train on first shift for about 6 weeks, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
