Production Associate
Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of thermal and heat exchange products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Production Associate - 2nd **Location:** Niagara Falls, NY **Pay Range:** $18.00 - $22.00 based on skill and experience **What's the Job?** + Perform core assembly functions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). + Read and follow blueprints, worksheets, or other instructions to handle and assemble various components. + Conduct leak testing to identify any welding flaws, cracks, and/or leaks in heat transfer units. + Utilize industrial degreaser to clean various metal components. + Maintain and report inventory quantity count and ensure quality requirements of finished workpieces. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED). + Prior related work experience (1+ years) in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use micrometers and calipers. + Basic math skills to perform calculations in all units of measure. + Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. **What's in it for me?** + Health Insurance plus Dental & Vision coverage. + 401K plan for your financial future. + Tuition Reimbursement Program to support your education. + $2.00 2nd shift differential for those working later hours. + Opportunity to grow and develop your career in a diverse and innovative environment.
