**Production Associate**

**Location: Nampa, ID**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.
+ Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.
+ Adhere to production standards and goals.
+ Receive detailed instructions on all work and work under close supervision.
+ Operate within established policies and procedures and seek approval for deviations.
+ Lift no more than 10-15 lbs. and meet metrics for assembly tasks.
+ Sit or stand during the 10-hour shift, with standing required part of the time.

+ Understands and follows Plexus quality policy guidelines, customer specifications and adheres to regulatory compliance.
+ Monitors own work to ensure quality standard is met.
+ Looks for opportunities to improve quality and eliminate waste at work.
+ Delivers work in a way that eliminates scrap or rework.
+ Keeps supervisors informed and escalates issues when needed.
**Environment/ Shift:**
+ The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level.
+ 6:00am to 6:00pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Will possibly work a 5th 8 hour shift for OT when production quotas need to be hit (most likely on Thursday). Up to 56 hours each week.
+ Will still do the first week on the training schedule of Monday 8:30am - 4pm and Tuesday - Friday 7am-3:30pm.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
