Job Description & Responsibilities:Follow recipe to ensure accurate mix instructions for the job.Measure raw material by weighing on a scale and placing in a mixing containerLoad raw material into bins and maintain inventory levels.Mix ingredients according to work instructions.Identify and locate proper material thickness and gauge.Visually inspect parts to ensure parts are within the defined specifications to meet quality standards before moving to the next station.Check work instruction to ensure proper setting and placement of product in kilns/ovens.Fire kiln/oven as required following SOP for proper firing.Identify the need for and complete tool changes as needed.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong attention to detailAbility to stand and/or walk 100% of the workday.Ability to bend, stoop, or twist 50% of the workday.Ability to exert physical force to push, pull, lift, or carry 55 lbs regularly
Shift Available:
Sunday - Thursday, 10:30pm - 7:00am
All employees will train on first shift for about 6 weeks, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm.Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, Illinois.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
