Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of a dynamic environment supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a mechanical inclination, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Associate
**Location:** Weidman, MI
**Pay Range:** $18.50 to $20 an hour
Shift:
1st - 6:30 am to 5 pm
3rd - 8 pm to 6:30 am
*must be able to work over time Friday and Saturday or daily.
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform welding, assembly, and machine operation tasks as needed.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and production.
+ Operate hand and power tools for buffing and grinding processes.
+ Utilize refrigeration and electrical knowledge to support production activities.
+ Maintain a safe and cooperative work environment while meeting production goals.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED with proof required.
+ Ability to work both 1st and 3rd shifts, including overtime on Fridays and Saturdays or daily overtime
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate good attendance habits.
+ Self-directed with a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
+ Pass a background check and drug screening as per client requirements.
