Our client in the Temple, Texas area is looking to hire a Production Associate for their location. The ideal candidate will need prior production line and/or warehouse experience for this position. Responsibilities include operating machinery and equipment along the production line, assembling, packaging, or inspecting products according to company standards.

The Day-to-Day:

Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.Perform quality control checks to identify defects or inconsistencies.Maintain a clean and organized workstation.Follow health and safety regulations to prevent workplace hazards.Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to supervisors.Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Qualifications:

High School DiplomaPrevious Production Line and/or Warehouse experienceGood attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$17.00 /hrMonday to Friday6:30 AM to 3:00 PMor3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
