We are currently looking for a 2nd shift and 3rd shift Production Associate to join our team. As a Production Associate, you will have a vital role in our manufacturing process, specifically in the field of injection molding.

Operate and maintain injection molding machines to create high-quality productsSet up molds and ensure proper alignment and functionality.Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments for efficiency and qualityInspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standardsTroubleshoot and resolve any issues during productionCollaborate with team members for smooth workflow and timely order completion.Adhere to safety protocols and keep work area clean and organizedWork Experience
