**Job Title: Production Assembler** **Location: Boulder, Colorado, 80301** **Experience Level: Entry Level** **Job Type: Contract-to-Hire** **Shift/Pay:** + 1st Shift (6:40am-2:40pm): $18.50/hr + 2nd Shift (2:45pm-10:45pm): $20/hr + 3rd Shift (10:40pm-6:40am): $21.50/hr **Job Description:** Join our team as a Production Assembler, where you'll play a crucial role in the assembly of surgical instruments for laparoscopic surgeries. The ideal candidate will use small hand tools to assemble medical devices, including cross-training at different stations. This role requires the ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts, as well as work in a full clean room environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assemble surgical instruments with precision and accuracy. + Work collaboratively with a team, passing products to the next person on the line. + Inspect products for quality and accuracy. + Package final products. **Work Environment:** + Standing and walking for the entire shift. + Cleanroom attire required: closed-toed shoes, pants, or long skirts covering the ankle. No make-up, nail polish, or jewelry allowed. **Qualifications:** · No experience needed – we provide training · Must be 18+ years old · Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English · Must be able to stand for extensive periods · Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs · Must be able to work with small parts START IMMEDIATELY **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.
