**Job Title: Production Associate** **** **Job Description** Utility workers are responsible for the essential job functions related to keeping their specific department running. Utility workers will be responsible for general duties involving physically handling products, materials, supplies, and inspecting products to ensure high quality. **Responsibilities** + Loading HPP torpedoes. + Unloading HPP torpedoes. + Standing bottles up at HPP discharge. + Running the HPP dumper. + Making/pre-building boxes. + Bringing in fiber/packaging materials for the lines. + Loading caps into cap hoppers. + General labor related to the bottling process. + General labor related to shipping/pack-out/receiving/inventory, etc. + Building pallets, lifting, moving/stacking cases up to 50 lbs. + Other duties as requested. + Adhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines when in the plant. + Regular and reliable attendance. **Essential Skills** + General production experience + Packaging and packing experience + Bottling experience + Experience with filling machines **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1 year of previous production experience + Experience in food and beverage industry preferred + English proficiency + Ability to lift 50lbs, with most work involving consistent 10lbs tasks **Why Work Here?** Upon conversion, employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and other ancillary benefits. The environment may be wet or dry, with temperatures as low as 35°F, similar to a Costco cold room. The position requires work in a wet refrigerated manufacturing facility with temperatures below 40°F, and occasionally in a dry warehouse environment with temperatures up to 85°F or freezer warehouse conditions at –10°F. Work areas may be tight and require continuous exposure to noisy environments exceeding 85 dBA. Adherence to safety protocols is mandatory, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, ear protection, and steel-toed shoes. The role demands the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and safely. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oceanside, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
