Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various daily activities, including quality inspection of garments and graphic transfers, pressing components onto garments, and counting and packing garments and transfers. You will follow job operating procedures and guidelines, accurately fill out production and quality records, and use various tools such as hand tools, scales, and rulers. Additionally, you will perform manual activities involving the movement and storage of products, materials, and pallets, as well as workstation supply replenishment.

ResponsibilitiesQuality inspection of garments and graphic transfers.Press components onto garments (decorating).Count and pack garments and transfers.Follow job operating procedures and guidelines.Accurately fill out hourly production record-keeping sheets.Accurately fill out quality records.Use tools including craft picker hand tool, scales, rulers, and t-shirt ruler guide.Perform manual activities including movement and storage of products, materials, and pallets, and workstation supply replenishment.Operate pallet jack and hand truck safely.Learn and operate application machines and printing equipment.Be cross-trained in different areas of production.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED.Ability to lift between 40-50 lbs.Ability to sit/stand for 8 hours.Attention to detail.Experience in production, general labor, general production, packaging, and inspection.Proficiency in English or Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).Willingness to learn and be open to on-the-job training.Experience with garment production, manual pallet jack, hand tools, and ruler reading.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will be working in a warehouse environment with a shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liverpool, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
